Outenkun! :XD: I didn't draw him in a long, long time, and I really miss him. :hug: He's always my favourite character. :love:
The theme is "rain" and it suits him very well since his ability is transforming himself into acid rain. Don't stand in the rain because you'll melt away with it, that's my warning. lol :D

Still in the mode of inking mania. :XD: black and white is the best.

Don`t mind me .. Just here to admire & comment on members work. My drawing qualities are poor so don`t expect anything from me in this category lol. One thing I do know though , I appreciate good work and I know what I like.
