Outenkun! :XD: I didn't draw him in a long, long time, and I really miss him. :hug: He's always my favorite character. :love:
The theme is "rain" and it suits him very well since his ability is transforming himself into acid rain. Don't stand in the rain because you'll melt away with it, that's my warning. lol :D

Still in the mode of inking mania. :XD: black and white is the best.

Very lovely black and white piece. Great job on the details. I love the outfit and overall look of this piece. Very nice job on the rain. He looks great. ^_^
